Lisa Arslanyan-Martinez
Vice President and Senior Managing Director
Lisa Arslanyan-Martinez graduated from St. John’s
University
with a degree in Finance/Management and has over 20 years of experience in all
aspects of the residential property management industry. She is a regular
contributor to the Round Table discussion and planning panels of the Real
Estate Board of New York and has received several industry awards for her
innovative management skills. Lisa's responsibilities include the supervision
of our Closing Department which has a full-time staff of 25 employees who
handle over 5000 time sensitive sales, leasing and refinancing transactions on
behalf of our clients. Lisa is currently coordinating several enhancements to
our website that will allow Boards of Directors/ Managers and residents to more
efficiently utilize the internet during the application and review process and
more effectively present their property to the dynamic New York City
marketplace.
