Ms. Pateras has 17 years experience in real estate property management. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman in 1999, she was the Vice President & Director of Management of R.A. Cohen & Associates, Inc. She was largely responsible for developing the company’s co-op and condominium business, which was purchased by Douglas Elliman in 1999. Ms Pateras currently oversees a team of Account Executives who are responsible for managing 60 buildings in New York City.
